What's my level of involvement?
We don't need a lot of active involvement from you, just to initially help to contact Amazon and set your book price to 99 cents a few days prior to the launch date. We do all the work, sit back and we will handle the whole process and give you back extensive reports and screenshots.

Is this a "money-back" guarantee?
No, it's better! We will guarantee a result or keep going until we get one. Provided you have completed our pre-launch requirements. Given we have never failed in 1000's of books we don't feel a money-back guarantee means anything. What we cannot guarantee is the campaign will be successful on the specific day we designate for the launch. For example, Amazon could be inaccessible or system issues. If this happens we will continue to work until we get a result.

That depends, often we run the best seller campaign at 99 cents and then suggest you re-run at say $2.99 to $4.99 and encourage your network to buy your "best selling book" which means you coming from a position of strength.
