I hold a degree in Architecture, yet my fascination has always been with psychology, particularly in the areas of trauma and mental health. My commitment to this interest has led me to devour numerous books and articles on these subjects. The lockdowns during the COVID pandemic provided me with the opportunity to channel this passion into writing a book focused on trauma, a project I have recently completed.
